RESERVATIONS
All meeting attendees must stay at the Gaylord under our contracted room block. You will have the opportunity to request your hotel accommodation as you go through the registration process. Please input your arrival and departure dates, and a hotel reservation will be made on your behalf.

Attendees may arrive on Sunday, October 11 and depart on Tuesday, October 13. The hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. 

If you will be departing on Tuesday, you must check out of your hotel room by the hotel check-out time of 11:00 a.m. We strongly encourage you to stay through the completion of the meeting on Tuesday afternoon. 

Group Room Rate: $299/night plus daily resort fee & applicable taxes

Booking Deadline: Friday, August 14, 2026

CANCELLATIONS
If you previously made a hotel reservation through this system and you wish to update or cancel it, please email joanna@meetingsbypremier.com.

Reservations must be cancelled at least three (3) days in advance of arrival to avoid being charged for one night's stay.
